宫之君博士主持的国家自然科学基金项目取得重要进展

我院资源利用与生态安全研究所宫之君博士主持承担的2012年国家自然科学地区基金项目《生物质能源/生物碳的规划、生产与应用所带来的经济与环境效益:以鄱阳湖生态经济区为例》(41161087)在4年执行期的第3年,已经取得了重要研究进展。在2014年度,课题组成员已在《Sustainability》、《International Journal of Environmental Research & Public Health》、《Energy & Environment》、《Ecological Indicators》、《Agricultural Economics》、《Renewable & Sustainable Energy Review》、《Computational Economics等国外学术期刊上发表论文11篇(均标注本项目资助编号),其中SSCI期刊论文7篇,SCI论文3篇,EI论文1篇。

二、取得的重要研究进展

课题组在本年度研究如何有效率的利用土地,水源,肥料,劳动力等自然和社会资源来达到社会福利的最大化,并且可以针对不同的农业政策加以分析,探讨这些政策对于整体农业发展,农村经济和农民收入的影响。本课题的阶段性研究成果可被应用如下:

1、经由发展涵盖社会经济,资源管理与利用,以及温室气体的中国农业与资源部门模型,进一步对国内的农业政策做出分析。

2、经由农村种植方式的经济分析和产资源的有效配置,缓解农民收入低下和资源利用的问题。

3、此项课题学习;分析及量化了农牧林产品的生产和规划,探讨各项政策对于民生经济的影响和各项资源的使用与配置。

4、以研究生物质能源的方式;评估如何有效率的发展绿色能源经济并且利用本模型来计算温室气体(主要为二氧化碳)的净排放量,从而为减缓全球性气候变迁做出贡献。
