A refreshing cultural exchange program was held in the Apartment Building for Overseas Students on September 19, 2011. Planned and organized by JufeIntl Chinese traditional Culture Research Association, the program includes a series of interesting activities such as the traditional opera and Guzheng performance, Chinese painting and calligraphy display, Taijishan and nunchakus shows. By taking pictures of the performances and actively getting involved, foreign students showed their great interest and enthusiasm. They either put on the traditional Han costume and learnt traditional Chinese etiquettes, or tried to write with writing brush. The Chinese character puzzle game pushed the program to a climax and players enjoyed the delicious dumplings after they won. The program was a huge success and ended in cheerful laughter and applause. Many foreign students expressed their willingness to join the association to probe and appreciate the extensiveness and profoundness of Chinese culture.
