Two Students from International School were awarded The 2011 TOEIC Scholarship

In summer vacation, a press conference was held by in ETS in Beijing. Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Dr. Walt MacDonald published the list of 128 winners for the 2011 ETS scholarship. Xiong Wenting and Wu Lingjun from 2007 International Finance of International School were granted prizes with their excellent performance in the TOEIC examination.

It’s reported that ETS scholarship is awarded to 40 college students this year in China, with each wining 8000 RMB ($1200). That two students from JUFE are among the list fully shows the ability and demeanor of the students of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.

There were more than 6 million people participating in the TOEIC examination in 2010. And it has become the global standard of English communication skills for workers in all kinds of companies, institutions and government departments. Currently, TOEIC has been widely accepted by more than 10 thousand institutions from 120 countries all over the world. JUFE International School has also been authorized to have the registration site and testing location.
