On March 16th, the seminar of Macquarie University in Australia and CPA Australia was held in Classroom 1310, Building 1, Jiaoqiao campus, JUFE. Cherilyn Liu from Macquarie University introduced to our students overseas study projects like “2+2” dual bachelor’s degree programs as well as “3+2” programs that would award a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in majors of accounting and finance between Our International School and Macquarie University. Meanwhile, she talked about the general condition, academic level, study and living atmosphere of Macquarie University, together with advantages of oversea students possessing a global vision. Carol Lu from CPA Australia presented the qualifications and requirements to be an Australian Certified Public Accountant. After the seminar, the two guests had a discussion with students and answered students’ questions about the projects. Via this seminar, students not only have a better knowledge of Macquarie University and CPA Australia, but also have an enlarged vision and better mental preparation about their future study and profession plan, which promote their learning enthusiasm. So far, JUFE has already carried out the “2+2” dual bachelor’s degree programs and “3+2” bachelor’s and master’s degree programs with Macquarie University in majors of accounting and finance.
